SAP Analytics Cloud Analyst

Full-time Regular - SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico

Essential Responsibilities:

  • • Responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions using SAC Planning.
  • • Apply functional and technical integration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA tools, planning/BI systems, and functional finance processes (reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations, distributions, trending, forecast models, Storyboards, Dashboards, and visualization).
  • • Develop functional / technical specification documents and design best-in-class technical solutions to support analytical/reporting activities.
  • • Ensure compliance with quality control processes and governance model to position the solution for future reporting and analytics operations and enhancements.
  • • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop an integrated SAC solution to support business processes with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • • 5+ years of experience required in managing SAP Analytical/Reporting.
  • • At least 2 full implementations of Planning, Forecasting BI, and Predictive Analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • • Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning areas.
  • • Experience with governance, controls, process and procedures, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management.
  • • Design, build, and test application data transfer/integration process using SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning).
  • • Experience with designing and building SAC planning, forecasting, forecast adjustments, and integrating generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs.
  • • Support development teams to design/build/test solutions.
  • • Experience with SAC integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • • Architectural, technical, and application knowledge expertise of SAC.
  • • Knowledge of business content, best practices, and market trends to enhance reporting and analytics.
  • • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Expertise/Knowledge of SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, Smart Assist, Smart Predict, Smart Discovery, creating story canvasses, advanced story designing, blending data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, linked analysis.
  • • Expertise/Knowledge of SAC planning and analytics capabilities for sourcing and procurement processes.
  • • Understanding of SAC Security.
  • • Understanding of accounting compliance requirements (US GAAP, CAS/FAR, SOX, etc.).
  • • Knowledge of and work within the Agile methodology.
  • • Individual must be able to communicate recommendations effectively to all levels in the organization.
  • • Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively translate ideas, concepts, and information.
  • • Strong collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams.
  • • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise, and easy-to-read functional specifications.

  • • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • • Ability and willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • • Availability to work at the customer site and/or Wovenware offices.

Physical & Safety Requirements:
Primarily sedentary with some walking, standing, and carrying of light objects. Adequately lighted and area where normal precautions for use of office equipment must be observed.

This is a standard 40-hour workweek job that may require additional and flexible hours as necessary to complete project deadlines on time.

Compensation:
Compensation is commensurate with experience level. The SAP Analytics Cloud Analyst position will be an integral part of our team and will have a competitive combination of base salary, Performance Bonus, 401K, Medical Insurance 85%-50% contribution, Sick Leave, and Personal Time Off.
